My Design Center

Built-in shapes and fill patterns

Let your imagination flow and create unique embroideries with the built-in library of editable shapes. My Design Center features 30 closed shapes, 30 open shapes, 30 basic shapes, and 17 line types.

Embroidery design editing

Easily edit your embroidery designs and fonts. Combine, add text, duplicate, rotate, mirror and resize designs on-screen.

Enhanced letter editing

With the array tool, you can simply arc text or position it on a diagonal. Slice the text apart to modify individual letters and resize to a desired size. Individual letters or groups of letters can be adjusted up/down/left/right. You may split and move the letters individually using the knife tool. If needed, the letters can be rotated and multiple fonts applied to each letter.

    Easy echo and Deco-Fill Stippling

    There’s no need to use the stamp feature! The Easy Echo and Deco-Fill stippling feature (on the Embroidery Edit tab) will add decorative textures to any project.

    Colour shuffling

    Use the snap and embroider feature to transform your drawings, line art, or illustrations into stunning embroidery designs.

    Take an image or illustration you love and turn them into a memento using the My Design Snap app on your mobile device. The image or photo is sent to your machine via a WiFi connection and then converted into embroidery data on the machine. Create one-of-a-kind embroidery designs by combining the different decorative fills to make your image pop.

    Design placement with precision

    For precise placement of your design, you can rely on the My Design Snap mobile app. To use it, position the Snowman at the desired embroidery spot and capture an image of the embroidery area through the app on your mobile device. The preview will be displayed on the machine screen, allowing you to view and adjust the design’s position. With automatic rotation and placement, achieving optimal results has never been easier.

      Brother Design Database Transfer App

      The Stellaire2 Innov-ís XJ2 is wireless enabled, allowing you to stay updated with software notifications and conveniently transfer embroidery files from your computer to the machine with the free Design Database Transfer app. There’s no need for a USB connection. This feature simplifies data management for all your design and project needs.

      • Browse and manage your embroidery data using the thumbnails displayed in the viewer
      • Search for a design easily using the search conditions; such as the design size, file format or total number of thread colours.
      • The following formats can be transferred to your machine: pes, ph, phx, .dst,pen

      My Connection

      The My Connection feature enables seamless file sharing between the Stellaire2 Innov-is XJ2 and selected ScanNCut DX machines.

      When both machines are connected to the same wireless network, designs or patterns can be sent from the ScanNCut DX to the Stellaire2 Innov-is XE2 and accessed in My Design Center. This convenient feature eliminates the need for using a USB to transfer designs between machines and is exclusively available on ScanNCut DX machines.

      Embroidery 2-Point Positioning Function

      Experience the cutting-edge embroidery capabilities of the Stellaire2 XJ2, like its convenient 2-Point Positioning system and LED Pointer. You can effortlessly align your designs with pinpoint accuracy for precise embroidery placement without the need for a snowman or My Design Snap. It can be used horizontally or vertically and is great for those who struggle with hooping!

      Use chalk to make a reference line on your item in combination with the 2 point positioning. The angle of the design will be adjusted to ensure it is stitched out straight.

      Matrix Copy Function

      Utilize the Matrix Copy functionality to generate exclusive and individualized designs. Incorporate numerous duplicates of a particular design into your project, resulting in unique patterns that are truly one-of-a-kind.

      Frames/hoops included

      The Stellaire2 XE2 comes with two hoops:

      • 5″×7″
      • 9.5″× 14″

      The 9.5″ × 14″ frame is large enough to combine designs so you can stitch them out in one hooping.

      OPTIONAL 12″ x 7″ Magnetic Frame
