If you’re new to the world of machine embroidery or you’ve just purchased a great new Brother NZ embroidery machine you may be sitting there starting at the box wondering where to start!
This support package is designed to help you get going with your new embroidery machine as well as provide you with ongoing support to help you make the most of your purchase.
The details of what’s included in this package are outlined below.
This 10 hour package includes:
- An initial 2 hour one on one session either in person or using Zoom (or similar video calling facility) guiding you through the set up of your machine and getting you acquainted with how to use it and specific functions
- Up to 6 one hour video and/or phone sessions over a 6 month period
- Unlimited individual email support for specific projects outside of the zoom sessions (allow 2 hours)
- Unlimited support for technical and “how to” issues with Brother machines
